I bought this adorable tricycle for my granddaughter’s 2nd birthday. She absolutely loves it and carts around her dolls and stuffed animals in the basket. She can reach the pedals, unlike other tricycles on the market. I also bought her the Disney princess horn and she loves it too. Highly recommended!

This product is a little pricey but it is intended to grow with my daughter. The assembly took an hour or so. NO tools required. The handle works great as I can lean back the tricycle and push my daughter without her peddling. We take her on long walks and she sits back and relaxes and peddles when she wants to without difficulty. This is sturdy and solid. A quality bike. Plus, I bought and assembled the seat belt for added safety. The only downside is it does not have the free-wheel ability as advertised.

After some research I selected this trike for my soon to be 2 years daughter.
Pros:
It is cute and sturdy – so far she has not fallen from it due to the wide rear construction – the back weels are wide spaced for stability. The seat looks comfy and she can rest her back on the high seat.
Cons:
The parent handle is only useful if the child can stir the trike. One of the pedals felt down on the second day of usage but mu hubby was able to re-attached it.

I read other reviews on this bicycle and decided to buy it. This bicycle is designed well and does not fall over like the other radio flyer tricycle I had bought. It was easy to put together. I like the pushbar so I can help steer the tricycle. My daughter is 3 and loves the basket in back so she can put the rocks and other things she finds along her journey in it. If she gets tired I just raise the front wheel off the ground and push. Like other’s have noted, the front wheel and pedals still go around when you are pushing so you have to raise the front wheel when you are pushing. I highly recommend this tricycle.Kettler Kettrike Alana Tricycle with Pushbar

Got this for my granddaughter and it is sooo nice…it cost a bit more than others but is well worth it. She has used it for almost a year and it STILL looks great. It is made in Germany and made well…MUCH better than the ones made in China. My neighbor has one that was made in China and it is a wreck now…Buy this one for your little one, you will not be disappointed.
